What happens to the remainder of the money I don’t transfer?

Nothing changes — it stays part of your regular paycheck.

A transfer is just early access to a portion of what you've already earned. Whatever you don't transfer is paid out as usual on your normal payday, through your employer's regular payroll.

So if you transfer some of your available earnings, the rest isn't held, moved, or affected. It shows up in your next paycheck like it always would, minus any amount you already transferred.
