Why can't I make a transfer right now?

A few things can affect whether you can transfer, or how much is available:

  • You haven't earned enough yet. You can transfer up to a portion of the wages you've already earned this pay period, so early in the cycle your available amount may be low or $0.
  • You've hit your daily limit. Your limit resets each day — you can transfer again once it does.
  • You have a transfer that hasn't been repaid yet. If a previous transfer is still outstanding, you may not be able to take another until it's settled on payday.
  • Your bank account needs attention. If your linked account is overdrawn or your account information is out of date, transfers can be paused until it's resolved.
