What happens when an employee leaves or is terminated?
When an employee leaves your company, they can no longer access new transfers once they're no longer earning wages through your payroll.
If a departing employee has a transfer that hasn't been repaid yet, that amount is reconciled through your normal payroll process — typically deducted from their final paycheck, the same way repayment works during regular employment.
