What does setting up Express Wages involve?

Getting Express Wages running for your team is designed to be straightforward and to fit around your existing payroll, not change it.

At a high level, setup involves a few steps:

  • Agreement and kickoff — we confirm the details and set a target launch date
  • Connecting your payroll or HRIS — so we can verify earned wages and reconcile transfers
  • Adding your team — your employee roster is loaded so they can be invited to enroll
  • Employee rollout — your team gets invited to sign up, which takes them just a few minutes each

Throughout, you'll have a dedicated implementation contact who handles the technical setup and keeps you informed.
